Throughout April, D|G is partnering with Make-A-Wish Iowa to grant a wish for a local child and their family. Our goal is $15,000, and we're counting on this community to make it happen! Every dollar brings us one step closer to making a wish come true right here in Iowa.
At Destination Grille, we’ve always believed we’re more than just a place to eat. We’re a place where community comes together.
All April long, we're inviting our community to be part of something bigger. We’ve partnered with Make-A-Wish Iowa to help grant one life-changing wish for a local child and their family. A wish is more than a moment. It’s hope, strength, and something to hold onto during some of life’s toughest challenges.
And we believe in something powerful: When a community shows up together, incredible things happen. That’s why we’re inviting you to join us in Raising a Wish. If 1,000 people each give just $15, we can turn one child’s wish into a reality.
For more than 35 years, Make-A-Wish Iowa has been granting life-changing wishes for children across Iowa facing critical illnesses. A wish represents hope, strength, and something families can carry with them long after it’s granted.
In 2025 alone, they:
• Granted 165 wishes across the state
• Served families in all 99 counties in Iowa
• Have 275+ children still waiting for their wish
• Since its founding, Make-A-Wish Iowa has granted 4,919 wishes.
The need is real, and it’s growing. Throughout April, we have the opportunity to help grant one of those wishes together.
Big impact doesn’t have to be complicated, so we’re keeping it simple: 1,000 people, $15 each, one wish granted. That’s the goal!
If just 1,000 people in our community give $15, together we can raise $15,000 and help make a life-changing wish come true for a local child. Once we grant the first wish, Destination Grille will step up to help fund a second. Your $15 doesn’t just contribute to one moment — it helps unlock another.
