Unlike most venues who charge a rental fee just to use their space, we have a flexible approach to pricing! Our pricing is based on a food and beverage minimum, meaning there is absolutely NO additional cost to rent one of our venue spaces. Instead, the purchase of food and beverage during the duration of the event must equal or exceed the F&B minimum amount for that given space. If the hourly minimum is not met through food and beverage, the difference is owed.
