One of the top crowd favorites from last year, our award-winning Lobster Corn Dog is back! Voted a Top 3 Best New Food at the Iowa State Fair in 2024, this North Atlantic lobster tail is lightly fried on a stick, topped with lemon aioli, herbs, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
